Creole Mustard Sauce #2


Ingredients:

  • ½ C mayonnaise
  • ½ C Creole mustard
  • ½ tsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Whisk all of the ingredients together until thoroughly blended. Serve as a sauce for fried soft-shell crabs or crawfish, or any fried shellfish.
