Clam Dip


Ingredients:

  • 1 can clams
  • 1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ tsp salt
  • dash pepper
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ C clam broth
  • 1 tbsp onion juice

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve with water crackers, chips, or as a filling for finger sandwiches. For a lighter version, you can also use low-fat cream cheese.
